Give and Take is a not for profit that will guide and support you from the time you make your first call of domestic violence, throughout court case, police reporting, referral for mediating with ex partner, advocate for you and on your behalf, assist with completing application forms and contacting centrelink as well as providing options to subsidised housing, funding available and financial assistance that you may be eligible for.

They will make the process so much easier for you, help to support you and hold your hand the entire way. We offer 24 hours online and phone support.

At present, we can receive one inquiry or crisis call related to domestic violence each day and up to three a day from women living in The Hills and in distress needing information on what to do and where they can go, what support is available and how they go about doing it.

Give and Take has a qualified Domestic Violence Caseworker to support and assist you with a safe plan to help you whilst you make the transition out of your domestic violence relationship, and to safe housing and then moving forward, free of domestic violence.
